The rapid growth and expansion in the Apparel Industry in Sri Lanka during the last two decade has made tremendous development in the Corrugated Industry. “Lanka Corrugated Industries (Pvt.) Ltd” has immerged as a product of the vast impact of flourishing apparel industry and other industrial exports in the beginning of 1990's.

Our goal is to be the number one corrugated manufacturer in Sri Lanka and to facilitate Sri Lanka's economic growth and development by providing employment and saving much needed foreign exchange.

Lanka Corrugated Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., was established in year 1994 as a BOI company with a capital investment of Rs. 30 Million, we are a brainchild of Design Pack (Pvt) Ltd., which is an initiator of corrugated board manufacturing.

Design Pack (Pvt) Ltd., gave the initial expertise and experience and part of the seed capital required to form Lanka Corrugated under BOI and with the commencement of commercial operation of new venture Design Pack operations were transferred to the new company.

At present our investment in the company is more than US$ 3 m.

Today we are equipped with modern corrugated board converting machines and have recently installed highly modernize five ply fully auto corrugated board plant which has an annual production capacity of more than twelve thousand metric tons. Major potion of present production is supplied to apparel exporters and the rest to other industrial exporters.
